These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Blue Heron Digital Incorporated, a federal corporation (Corporation No. 1099964-4), serving Toronto & the GTA. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Information only

Content on this site is general information about our services. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST unless stated. HST is charged at the applicable rate; our GST/HST registration number is 733667117 RT0001. Any client engagement is governed by a separate written Website Services Agreement and Order Form, which prevail over anything on this site.

2. Free previews

A free website preview is offered without obligation. Previews are hosted on private, non-indexed links, remain our property until purchased, and may be removed at any time if not purchased.

2a. 24-hour preview promise

Free preview of your new website in 24 hours, or your first month is free.

  • We deliver a private preview within 24 hours of a complete request. A complete request includes your business name, phone number, trade and service area.
  • The 24 hours are counted from the time we receive your complete request. If we need missing information from you to finish the preview, the clock pauses from when we ask until you reply.
  • If we miss it, your first month on the $100/month Managed plan is free, or you receive $100 off the $500 Build & Own site, applied if you choose to buy.
  • One per business. There is no obligation to buy.

3. No guarantees

We don’t guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Sample concepts on this site are illustrative and do not represent real clients unless explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s design, text and graphics belong to Blue Heron Digital or its licensors. Don’t copy them without permission.

5. Third-party links and tools

We may link to or embed third-party services (for example a booking calendar). We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
